This isn't really day one as we have been engaged with Abby and Angie Xerri since the home show in Haliburton earlier this month. However, with patience and enthusiasm on both sides, today we signed an agreement to move forward. Very exciting to be building a new home with such a small carbon footprint. Wow! The future's so bright!
